Founder
Experience Behind the Practice
Beriwal Financial Research is founded by Aman Agrawal after several years supporting expert witnesses, financial experts, and corporate clients across litigation, valuation, financial research, and transaction advisory in the United States and India.
Prior to establishing BFR, Aman contributed to more than 30 expert witness engagements involving securities litigation, business valuation, commercial damages, bankruptcy, intellectual property valuation, False Claims Act investigations, and other complex commercial disputes. His work included developing financial models, damages analyses, valuation models, empirical research, and analytical support for expert reports prepared for litigation and arbitration. Earlier experience included empirical financial research focused on capital markets and event studies, as well as financial due diligence supporting corporate transactions.
Philosophy
Independent judgment before methodology.
Financial analysis should follow the question—not the other way around. Every engagement deserves the methodology best suited to the facts rather than forcing every problem into a standard framework. BFR is retained to build, test, and explain financial analysis—not to reach a predetermined conclusion.
- Independent judgment over predetermined outcomes.
- Transparent assumptions and documented methodology.
- Financial models designed to be reviewed and reproduced.
- Analysis built to withstand scrutiny.
- Conflicts reviewed before every engagement.
